I really want to read Room. You have a great list to choose from.

I don't know if I'll get Room in time, but I hope so. The library has it on order, and I'm first to get it.
I've been wanting to read so many of these books and I own a bunch of them.
Love seeing Colleen Gleason's books on people's lists. It was such an unexpected pleasure to experience those books and I love it when other people are experiencing this series. Thanks for joining in this year, I hope you have a wonderful time.

thanks for hosting again Carl. I've had Colleen's book to read for quite a while, maybe this time?
I can't believe I forgot to include Room and Mockingjay in my list, I need to add them! This is such a great challenge, who can resist eh? :-)

I thought I was pretty late getting to Mockingjay and I've avoided all reviews online. I'm rushing rthrough it because my son is waiting for me to finish. It's definitely RIP material.
I love this challenge!
I have heard of so few of the books on your list! I'm ashamed of myself (but looking forward to your reviews).

My list has a number of mysteries, and you are not a reader who likes suspense, right? These are the types of books you'd want to read the end first. Good luck on your month of reading in order, but this challenge will really challenge you that way.
Wonderful choices. A few of these are in my wish list!

Happy reading!

Do check out the books I already read for RIP V. Also you will find my tentative read list.

I forgot about The Girl Who Played With Fire, but I probably won't get to it this month.
Ooh, I forgot, I was going to order Room from the library - thanks for the reminder! I have to admit that I found The Darkest Room just too brooding (I'm such a coward) and I only just got through it. I don't really do horror, and this was just too close to the borderline for me. Hope you enjoy it, though!

Ooh, now I really want to get The Darkest Room. I've heard great things about Room, but it sounds very intense.
I'm seeing Room, Mockingjay, and 20th Century Ghosts on a lot of lists. Maybe I should add them to mine. Happy reading!

I was surprised how many times I was 20th Century Ghosts on lists. And now Room has been shortlisted for the Booker. I'm really looking forward to Room. thanks!

I hadn't thought of including Suzanne Collins' books in the challenge. Now there's a good idea! I have the last two books in the trilogy to read and I was planning to start Catching Fire tomorrow.

You've got several great titles there. Good luck with the challenge!

Oh, I think Catching Fire and Mockingjay are definitely RIP material - in the thrilling or horror category. Remember the Mutts in the first book? *shudder*
have fun with the creepy and mysterious books you've chosen
I've had quite a few RIP books to read for some time myself, so I know the feeling...and I know I won't get to them all this year either. :)

But the fun is in the trying, right? Even listing all the great books I want to read is fun. Some have been on my list a few years. eek.
I really should read the last two Colleen Gleason books this year. I feel terrible that I STILL haven't read them!

I was up to date, but then I forgot to keep reading. The last two are what I have left as well. Maybe this year we'll read them.
