CHALLENGE: What's in a Name? 2014

I've been cutting back on the blogging, and never really 'signed up' for new challenges for 2014. I'm still reading lots (not quite as much) but my theory on challenge burn-out was as much about organizing and keeping track of everything, as it was about finishing. Everyone reaches a point where they can't or don't want to keep track. Facebook games have distracted me while on the computer, for example. I also find myself hanging out at Librarything a little more, socializing in the groups there.

However, some traditions die hard, and What's in a Name, and a few other challenges can't be missed. I almost did miss this one, but I saw on Literary Feline's blog that she had signed up for this one, and it seemed like a great idea. Go check it out.

I haven't joined this one this year, but I've always had fun with it. The categories are just the right mix of general and specific, so that you can choose to put other limitations/challenges alongside (like, choosing from your own shelves, as you've done) if you wish. Hope you enjoy it!
I join this once in a while. This is a year where I joined. :) I was doing really well with challenges, but then my reading got quiet. Hoping to get back in the swing of things soon.
I've joined this three times, and only finished my list once. You've inspired me to try again. Let me see if I have titles lying around which will fit. ;) by the way, I so loved The Snow Child. I hunk you will, too. xo
Hope you enjoy the challenge! I've read Empress Orchid and The Snow Child and both are very good. The Snow Child in particular provides a lot to think about long after you've finished it.
thanks for sharing
