I've heard there was a new Tana French coming out, but I was very disappointed with Into The Woods and have felt no reason to read any more. I realize I'm in a minority here.

I'm also in a minority of people who have not yet read The Fault In Our Stars. I think that is the book I've seen listed most often today in post's about the creme de la creme. I've downloaded the sample for my nook so I don't feel completely alone. ;)

I just read The Fault in Our Stars this past weekend. It was very good - very emotional as expected, and very John Green dialog and humor.

Eh, if you didn't like Into the Woods, don't read any more. You might be able to find a few other books to read! grin :)
Oh, I didn't know a new Tana French was ready! I can't wait!

I think it's out very soon! Grr, I just checked indigo, which I'm sure said it was going to be out the beginning of June, but now it says July 3rd.
I'm thinking, these are the sorts of books I like! I think I follow you already by RSS - I'll check. I loved The Uninvited Guests, and enjoyed The Fault in Our Stars and REALLY want to get my hands on White Horse (seriously, I requested it from the publisher but never got it).

I'm an Indridason fan so I also look forward to this book.

Bookie twins?

Love Indridason. I try to push his books on everyone I know, particularly the mystery readers.
I didn't know a new Tana French was out either, must get that. Just finished her second book and loved it more than the first!

I thought the second book of French's was the best. What a great plot! I did like the last book a lot too though. I love the way she changes the main characters.
Tana French is on my list too, but I'm embarrassed to say I still haven't started her books! I'll be getting to her first one this summer and expect to read all four this year! I'm also behind on reading the new Sadie Jones and hope to get to it this month!

Those are some great woman authors. I've enjoyed all the French and Jones books I"ve read. French can be a little wordy, but still good reads.
