There is a spring thing. A challenge. With the cutest button ever. That I really want to put on my blog here. So, I debated. Because I really can't read more books. And how much can things overlap? I mean, really. I'd feel like I was cheating if I cross referenced a book to three challenges. So I got out my list, and looked. There are a few other books I hope to read in the very near future - spring if you will. Such as:
- His Dark Materials Trilogy by Philip Pullman
- book 1 The Golden Compass (completed April 26, 2007)
- book 2 The Subtle Knife (completed April 29, 2007)
- book 3 The Amber Spyglass (completed May 22, 2007)
- The Virgin Suicides by Jeffery Eugenides (completed April 13, 2007)
- History of the World in 10.5 Chapters by Julian Barnes (completed April 6, 2007)
- A Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams (completed March 29,2007)
- The Big Sleep by Raymond Chandler (completed March 25, 2007)
- Reef by Romesh Gunesekera (completed March 24, 2007)
That looks doable, a list of books I am pretty sure I will read in the next 3 months, between March 21st through June 21st, 2007.
Glad you decided to join the Spring Reading Thing! And I say that using "crossover books" for this challenge is just fine. The point is just to enjoy reading! It's been ages since I read A Hitchhiker's Guide... But I loved it. Enjoy your books! (P.S. Glad you like the button!)
